MANAGEMENT TEAM
At the head of the municipality is a Management Team run by the Municipal Manager, Adv. Graham Richards, operating under the political direction of the Executive Mayor, Cllr Zanoxolo Wayile, and his portfolio councillors. The Management Team consists of seven Directorates and nine Sub-Directorates.
The Management Team implements Council resolutions and monitors the performance of the various Directorates of the Municipality.
