Before downloading any documentation, please read the terms and conditions below and acknowledge that you accept them.

1. The documentation has been compiled so as to comply with the requirements of the latest applicable Government Gazette; in addition compilers should refer to national standards for guidance in compiling tender documents.
2. All civil engineering contracts of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality must use GCC (2010). Building contracts must use JBCC Series 2000.
3. It remains your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements. You must advice the NMBM of proposed amendments and changes to the standard tender documentation if required. In such a case written approval to amend the standard tender documentation must be obtained from the Assistant Director: Contracts prior to submission of documentation.
4. Only the parts that are not password protected should be edited. If found that other amendments to the documentation were made without prior written permission of the Contracts Division, Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Specification Committee, such document will not be considered.
5. You have to comply with the NMBM’s procedure for submission, advertise, evaluation and adjudication of Tender Docs.
6. You must not accept that your download is a true reflection of the documentation as electronic data may be loss during the download.
7. NMBM is the sole and exclusive owner of the documentation available on this landing page and, upon acceptance of these terms and conditions, NMBM grants you free of charge a non-exclusive, non-transferable Right to Use the documentation upon the said terms and subject to the said conditions. The proprietary rights and copyright of the documentation remain with NMBM.
8. Loading, installation and use of this documentation shall be conducted by you solely for the purposes of preparing new tender documentation for the NMBM.
9. You will supervise and control use of this documentation in accordance with these terms and conditions.
