The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is working tirelessly to restore water supply to Humewood and Walmer after the main water supply (500 mm in diameter pipe) failed late last night between First and Seventh Avenue.

Repairs are expected to take the greater part of today. No timeframe for the restoration of supply is available at this stage.

Any inconvenience as a result of the unforeseen circumstance is regretted.
