Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 124, Humewood, to regularise the existing structures and to permit the future development of the property.

·        an increase in the Floor Space Index (FSI) of 0,2 m to 0,5 m;

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 2854, Newton Park from Residential 1 purposes to Business 2 purposes in order to operate a pet-shop.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 179, Lorraine from Residential 1 and Transportation 1 purposes to Residential 2 purposes to permit the property to be developed for dwelling units.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 824, Walmer from Residential 1 purposes to Business 2 purposes to permit the property to be used for such use.

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent for special use to permit Erf 2034, Walmer to be used for student accommodation.

The Council has received an application for a Town Planning Departure for the relaxation of the street and side building lines on Erf 11395, Despatch from 10m to 3m and 1,5m.

 

TOWN PLANNING DEPARTURE 4649 : ERF 203, KABEGA (AVONDALE ROAD) (CF12/00203) (NJ)

 

The Council has received an application for a Town Planning Departure to depart from the density of 20 units per hectare to 25 units per hectare.

 

ZONING SCHEME DEPARTURE 4647 : ERF 17, COTSWOLD (16 CLEEVE ROAD) (CF05/00017) (LS)

 

The Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure to permit the relaxation of the existing site building line.
