Interested parties are requested to note that the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is considering applications to renew the leases of the properties stated below, subject to certain conditions.

Any lease of the properties shall be subject to the provisions of the Local Government: Municipal
Finance Management Act. No. 56 of 2003, the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations of 2008, the NMBM Preferential Procurement Policy (as amended) and the evaluation and adjudication criteria stated therein.

The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is considering the application to renew the lease portion of the above properties to the Vodacom Group Pty Ltd, subject to certain conditions.

The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is considering the application to renew the lease of the above property to New LoveLife Trust, subject to certain conditions.
