The Council has received an application for amendment of conditions contained in TPA 6168 and Subdivision 5836 applicable to Portions 89 and 90, Farm Kragga Kamma No. 23 in order to:

 

(i)         permit the two properties to be developed separately;

(ii)        allow the revision of the reference to tarred road to refer to tarred or paved primary           routes, while other access roads be constructed of a suitably designed gravel or concrete   strip;

(iii)       amend the requirement that the roads need to be developed prior to the transfer of the     properties on which existing dwellings exist.
