The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a Licensed Restaurant and Pub to operate on Erf 2292, Central.

 

Furthermore the Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure to depart from parking requirements to allow for only four (4) on site parking bays.

The Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure for the relaxation of building lines in order to accommodate the existing buildings as well as future development parameters.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 2714; Walmer from Residential 1 purposes to Business 2 purposes to permit the property to be used for business and / or residential purposes.

 

The Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure for the relaxation of side and rear building line to 0m and the street building lines from 8m to 5m to accommodate the existing approved buildings as well as future developments.
