Furthermore, the Council has received an application for the subdivision of Block 1, as shown on Plan no. Fair 17016_11.

 

The Council has also received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 276, Fairview from Community 2 to Residential 1 with a density factor as per subdivisional area and for the rezoning of the consolidated erf as a Substitution Scheme to permit the development of Residential Buildings, Single Dwellings, Public Roads and Public Open Space.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the KwaDwesi Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 1564, KwaDwesi from Residential 1 purposes to Special Use purposes to permit Student Accommodation on the property.

The Council has also received an application for the subdivision of portion of Erf 700 (Erf 11885) into 50 portions (33 Residential Zone 1, 1 Residential Zone 3, 4 Residential 4, 4 Residential Zone 5, 1 Institution Zone 1, 1 Institutional Zone 3, 1 Business Zone 3, 2 Business Zone 2,
