Bay WASTE EXCHANGE (WX)
The aim of the Waste Exchange Project (WX) is to
reduce the use of natural resources by encouraging the re-use of waste.
The following are the main categories of waste that
can be exchanged:
- Construction and demolition waste
- Consumer products
- General waste
- Industrial waste (will be included in the next phase).
What is the WX ?
It is a FREE online service, managed by the NMBM,
available to business, industry, NGOs, schools and individuals who generate or may
use unwanted waste material.
The WEBSITE is designed to help the users in marketing
their unwanted waste material and to facilitate a match up with users, re-users
and recyclers.
Why REGISTER
on the WX ?
- To advertise your unwanted waste material for FREE (wanted or
available)
- View contact details of other parties and contact them directly.
- Get regular updates on any changes that take place on the WX
website.
