Unfortunately, Chrome has changed some of their security
settings.
You need to disable the "SameSite by default cookies”
setting by following the following easy steps:
Type in "chrome://flags” in the browser.
In the Search flags enter "SameSite by default cookies”
Click on the dropdown box and select "Disabled”.
Click on the "Relaunch” button at the bottom of the
screen.
Re-open the https://www.nelsonmandelabay.gov.za/URL.
Alternatively: -Download the NMBM mobile application from Google Play or App Store onto your cell phone and use your pin to submit readings on the app, on your cell phone.
