PLANNED ELECTRICITY MAINTENANCE/REPAIRS SHUT DOWN:

Shutdown 2: Friday, 25 October 2019 (alternatively 26 October 2019)
Where: Lorraine substation. - Time: 06H00 - 18H00 

All areas fed from Lorraine substation will be affected: Brymore, Glenroy park, Goldwater, Greenshields Park, Hancorn, Heatherbank, Kragga Kamma Park,Kamma Park, Lorraine, Lorraine Manor, Lovemore Heights, Lovemore Park, Miramar, Overbaakens, Pinelands, Pine Grove, Southmeed, Salisbur, Springfield, Theesecome, Vikingvale, Willoglen
Weybridge park, Woodlands, Walmer heights, Walmerdowns

All supplies to be treated as live for the duration of the outage.

IVR account services unavailable until further notice

Kindly note that our IVR account services has been down since yesterday.

Customers are therefore not able to buy electricity via the IVR, and today the call Centre (tel 041-506 5555) is not working. 

While all efforts are being made to have these services restored, alternative options around the purchase of electricity and accounts related issues and queries are reflected below and are also attached.

    .  Purchase at any vendor
    .  Register to purchase electricity via their phone on WireIT (1st attachment)

QUERIES
Customers must visit their nearest Customer Care Centre for queries, as no alternative query line is available. Phoning the satellite offices is not recommended, as all staff members are assisting at the counters.
