you may. A complainant does not have to provide his/her name, but if we do not
at least have a telephone number or an email address, feedback to the
complainant will not be possible.
To
prevent victimisation, the name of the complainant will not be disclosed to the
presumed transgressor. However, should the case go to court, the complainant
may be asked to testify.
