Our services are focused on high-impact investments that meet the following requirements:

The investment must be made within Nelson Mandela Bay, including the Coega Special Economic Zone
The investment must be of a commercial or industrial nature
The current or expected value of the investment/business within Nelson Mandela Bay must be greater than or equal to ZAR 15 million
The project must be a new/prospective investment or the expansion/relocation of an existing business in Nelson Mandela Bay
The investment/investor must be categorised as a medium or large sized enterprise as defined by the Revised Schedule 1 of the National Small Business Act (No. 102 of 1996), or the investment/investor must reasonably be expected to be categorised (within five years of consideration) as a medium or larger-sized enterprise
